The legal structure that would be selected for a business of my choice is partnership. A partnership is formed commonly where 2 or more than 2 persons desire to arrive together to create a business. A common idea of business is held by them which is desired by them to test or to apprehend that talents or skills of theirs complement one another in such a manner that a good team of business will be formed. The most logical choice appears to be creating a partnership. When a small business needs to be operated with low turnover in a reasonable manner, a partnership happens to be a good selection of legal structure often for a new business.
